1. Who we are

Repeat Learning is provided by Repeat Learning, a trading name of Mobile Tuition Ltd, registered address 618 Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5SQ, United Kingdom, company number 13480761. You can contact us at support@repeatlearning.com.

2. Accounts and eligibility

If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian must create and be responsible for the account and for supervising the child's use of the Service. Adult learners may create their own account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. What the Service is

The Service provides adaptive exam practice, marking of written work by real people, an AI tutor, progress tracking, and mock papers and assessments. It is designed to support a learner's revision. It is not a replacement for school or a qualified teacher, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result or grade.

4. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

We may change prices from time to time and will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you. Where you have a legal right to cancel and receive a refund (for example under UK consumer law), that right is not affected by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You must not share your account, attempt to access anyone else's data, copy or scrape our content, disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.

6. The AI tutor

The AI tutor is there to guide learning and explain topics. It can occasionally be wrong or incomplete and should not be relied on as the only source of truth, professional advice, or a substitute for a teacher. It is designed to help a learner understand their own work rather than to do it for them.

7. Content and intellectual property

The questions, materials and software that make up the Service belong to us or our licensors, and you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you have an account.

Work a learner submits remains theirs; by submitting it you allow us to store, mark and process it in order to provide the Service.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running reliably, but it is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to suspend it for maintenance or updates.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for exam outcomes, for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your agreement

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where we are required to by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change we will let account holders know, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
